Follow the procedure to return your package:

  • For packages delivered in France: you will find in your package, your return voucher to make your return
  • For packages delivered outside France: you will also find in your package, your return slip to make your return. You will need to contact Fedex customer service in your country to schedule the collection of the package: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/contact-us.html
  • You then have to stick this label on your return package before sending it
