Jules Socié
I've always had a passion for snow sports and the mountains. I began my career in alpine skiing at the age of 18 with the Flaine sports club, where I'm from, and then with the Mont Blanc committee in FIS competitions. I'm now focusing on mountain skiing and mountaineering, mainly in the Mont Blanc massif, but also elsewhere in the Alps, the Andes and the Himalayas. Today, I want to push my limits as a skier and mountaineer, seeking out ever more technical lines and higher altitudes.

My best memory in the mountains:
Surely my arrival at the summit of Tocllaraju in Peru. It was our first expedition for all of us, our first 6000m, with friends who became super close. And it was the first repeat of the north ridge 23 years after Marco Siffredi, a snowboarding legend.
What does Vuarnet represent for me?

What is my motto?
