What is your returns policy?

You have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the products to return the products to us. Refunds will be considered for unused items returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be effective upon receipt of the product. If thirty (30) days have passed since receipt of the product, the warranty policy applies under certain conditions.
