Return & Shipping Policy

As indicated in our General Conditions of Sale, we offer our customers a right of withdrawal greater than the applicable legal period. You have thirty (30) days from receipt of the product(s) to return the products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased in stores, only to those purchased on vuarnet.com.

From Monday December 18th at 6pm (CET), receive your Vuarnet canteen for any order over 250€. Offer valid on vuarnet.com and in our Paris and New-York boutiques, while stocks last.

All items listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the products to return the products to us. Refunds will be considered for unused items returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be effective upon receipt of the product. If thirty (30) days have passed since receipt of the product, the warranty policy applies under certain conditions (see below).

RETURN PROCEDURE

For orders delivered in France : Please use the included return label to ship items back.

Please make sure :

  • Returned products are complete (including all labels, accessories, instructions, etc.) and in their original packaging. Returns will not be processed for used items or items that have been damaged, are dirty, scratched, etc.
  • Send products within fourteen (14) days of receiving an approved return request.
  • A suitable packaging box is used, guaranteeing the transport and the safety of the products during their routing to: COMITEC, Service ReGTUr Web 21 rue des frères Lumière, 77100, Meaux, France,
  • Use the included prepaid shipping label on the package and drop it at a post office.
  • If you decide to return the product by your own means, the return costs will remain at your expense.

For orders delivered outside France: Please use the included FEDEX return label to ship items back.

Please make sure:

  • Returned products are complete (including all labels, accessories, instructions, etc.) and in their original packaging. Returns will not be processed for used items or items that have been damaged, are dirty, scratched, etc.
  • Send products within fourteen (14) days of receiving an approved return request.

  • Use the included prepaid shipping label on the package and contact FEDEX customer service in your country to organize the collection of your parcel: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/contact-us.html
  • If you decide to return the product by your own means, the return costs will remain at your expense.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be considered for unused products without damage or dirty, returned in their original packaging.

Products worn, damaged, soiled, scratched or having suffered any other damage resulting from handling other than those necessary for proper functioning of the products, or returned without their included accessories and instructions for use will not be refunded.

Product returns will be processed by our customer service department to ensure that all conditions outlined in the T&Cs are met.

Subject to the above, in the event that the Customer exercises his/her right of withdrawal under the above conditions, all sums paid to SPO, including delivery charges, will be refunded to the original payment method, as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which SPO received all the products to be returned, or upon proof of shipment of the products (if proof of shipment of the products is provided prior to receipt of the products).

As specified above, the cost of returning the products is at our expense:

  • If you use the prepaid label provided in your order’s original package;
  • If you decide to return the product by your own means, the return costs will remain at your expense.
