My name is Etienne Mérel, I live in the Alps, in Grenoble, and I make films and commercials for sports brands. Since I was a kid I've been passionate about the mountains, spending my winters on skis and my summers at the end of a rope, or in the air with my paraglider.

What does Vuarnet represent for you?
Vuarnet for me is the mountain, skiing and French know-how.
What is your best memory in the mountains?
I have many beautiful memories in the mountains, my last one was a paragliding flight in the Ecrins massif. To be able to fly over the Meije, the Barre and other summits I have climbed before, was an incredible feeling!
What is your mantra?
